Energy Performance Certificates
The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rates the energy efficiency of a domestic dwelling. Following assessment, properties are rated on a scale. A is the highest rating, meaning the property is highly energy-efficient and G is the lowest and least energy efficient. The average EPC rating for the UK is band D.
Heat Loss and Heat Pump Surveys
We will provide you a proposal of our recommendations following completion of the technical survey. This proposal will include a full specification breakdown of what we intend to install on your property. Additionally, you will also receive a pack containing all required documentation to comply with consumer trading standards and MCS. This gives you peace of mind that the installation will be undertaken by experts in a high-quality manner.
Legionnaires Risk Assessment
A vital service for landlords and property managers. Legionnaires' disease is a serious strain of the pneumonia virus caused by inhaling legionella-contaminated water droplets. Legionella can be present in man-made hot and cold-water systems, including those found in domestic properties. There are numerous pieces of UK legislation , which govern the control of legionella risks. There is a requirement for property owners (e.g. landlords, property agents) to assess and control legionella risk within domestic premises. Reducing the risk of exposure involves an assessment of the property's water system by a qualified Legionella Risk Assessor
Inventories
A vital service for landlords, property managers and estate agents For inventory only, the impact should be minimal. We would not usually meet a tenant on site and will be following government guidelines in relation to hygiene. For inventory with accompanied check-ins, we provide our DigiSign service to limit contact with tenants. DigiSign automates the signing process and prevents the need for direct contact with tenants. For check-out we can reassure tenants that as an independent company the tenant does not have to be on site whilst we conduct the report.
